How much is this going to cost?
Good question.  Regular pest control ussually costs about 100 per quarter for a 2500 square foot home.  This price can vary based on the size of the home and location.  Specific pest problems could cost more depending on what treatment is involved.  In most cases I can give a price after asking a few questions.  Termite costs vary based on factors like linear feet around home and construction types so we need to look at the home to give an accurate estimate.
Why do I have _________ Bugs?  I'm not a dirty person.
While some bugs love a good mess, it does not mean you must have a mess to have pests.  Pests often infest randomly and can find thier way into the most sterile environments.
What does the spray smell like?
Most treatments involve the use of odorless chemicals.  If you can smell it the bugs probably can too.  Flea treatments are one exception with few others.  We will let you know if a treatment requires something that may have any odor.
Is this safe for my children? Pets?  Employees? Me?
This is definitely the most important questions.  All products used in our treatments are EPA registered, and when used according to the label pose little to no risk. Let us know about any concerns you may have and feel free to ask as many questions as you like.  We take the safety of our family seriously and we expect you to as well.
How long does a treatment take?
For pest service the average home takes about 45 minutes.  But we will take as much time as is necessary to do the job right.
I still have ants/roaches/other gross bug.  Now what?
Let me know asap.  Sometimes treatments take time to be effective but other times we should retreat at no additional cost to you.  We could have missed a small area or maybe a different type of treatment is necessary.  Let us know so we can do the job right.
Do other people have ants, roaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, termites or other random bugs?
Of course!  You are not the only person having a problem.  We are in Mississippi and there are bugs everywhere.  It is only a matter of when bugs are going to find a way inside.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes.
Do you get rid of raccoons, possums, bats...
Not currently.  You will need to contact a wildlife control specialist.  Contact us for a referral.
